Bei meiner MagentaTV One funktioniert die Formatumschaltung bei externen Apps (ARD, ZDF, ARTE, AppleTV+) nicht mehr. Es wird immer in 60 Hz. abgespielt.

Beim Live Fernsehen und MagentaTV+ funktioniert es.

Software ist 3.138.4944, Firmware C3.011_20240202

Wird das noch geändert?

Mit der vorherigen Sofware/Firmware hat es funktioniert.
