E-Mail "Ihr Gutschein Code für 12 Monate Sky" - aber kein Code enthalten - Was nun?

Habe Magenta TV Plus gebucht, mit 12 Monaten Sky.
Wie im Betreff erwähnt, habe ich eine E-Mail erhalten, aber in der Mail selbst ist nur Werbung für Optionen etc.,
doch der Code selbst fehlt.
Wie erhalte ich nun den Code?

    Danke für den Tipp mit dem Chat. Hat sehr schenll funktioniert.
    Nur sehr dumm von der Telekom, dass sie eine E-Mail versenden, mit dem Betreff "Ihr Gutschein Code für 12 Monate Sky inklusive", dann aber in der Mail kein Code vorhanden ist und nichts weiter dazu geschrieben wird.
    Auflösung ist: in 10 Tagen kommt der Code von Sky direkt

    Was soll dann diese irreführende E-Mail von der Telekom? Habe nun 2 Stunden mit der Suche nach dem Code verschwendet.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
