Disney+ läuft auf keinem Android Device Fehlercode 83

Hallo, 

ich war zwischen 02/22 und 06/22 Disney+ Kunde. Nun habe ich erneut den Dienst via Telekom Werbeaktion seit 10/22 gebucht.

Leider läuft Disney+ an unserem Telekom-Internetanschluß nicht in der Android App. Es erscheint lediglich der Startbildschirm, dann Fehlermeldung mit Fehlercode 83 (keine Möglichkeit der Anmeldung).

 

Es funktioniert also nicht Disney+ via WLAN oder Kabel (egal ob fixe IP oder DHCP) in der aktuellen Disney+ Android app (2x Chromcast, diverse Tablets und Mobilphone). 

 

Es funktioniert dagegen: Disney+ im Browserfenster an diversen PC. 

Es funktioniert Disney+ in der App im Mobilfunknetz der Telekom.

 

D.h. das Problem läßt sich eingrenzen auf Android app Diesney+ am Router Speedport Smart 3 mit unserem Telekom Internetanschluß.  

Am Vorgänger dieses Routers (Speedport W911) lief das ganze über ~3 Monate und verweigerte dann den Dienst, weswegen ich kündigte.

 

Rücksprache mit der Disney+ Hotline ergab:

Man vermutet, dass die zusätzlich zur externen IPv4 vom Router bereitgestellte externe IPv6 Nummer der app Probleme bereitet.  

 

Gibt es hier Erfahrungen mit diesem Verhalten von Disney+ an Telekom Internetanschlüssen?

Liegt es an irgendeiner Konfiguration des Speedports?

Ich habe hier keine exotische Kombination. Andere Streamingdienste (namentlich Netflix und Amazon Prime) funktionieren in diesem Netz völlig normal.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
