Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.

Teltarif schreibt mal wieder Mist, wer weiß wie StreamOn funktioniert und die Mitteilung liest wird schnell feststellen dass es so nicht für Deutschland zutrifft.

Werden im EuGH-Urteil wirklich die beiden deutschen Provider namentlich genannt, oder ist das die Interpretation eines Journalisten?

Teletarif schreibt hier wie die Bild.
Erst weiter unten steht das es um Ungarn geht.
Telekom äußerte sich auch schon, das StreamOn von dem Urteil nicht betroffen ist.

Darf man so etwas hier nicht schreiben?

Hallo Zusammen,
wenn ich das so im Netz lese gibt es unterschiedliche Auslegungen des Urteils.
Es geht in dem Urteil ja dadrum, dass wenn das Datenvolumen aufgebraucht ist manche Dienste trotzdem mit voller Leistung benutzt werden können.
Bei der Telekom ist ja ,wenn das Datenvolumen aufgebraucht ist auch StreamOn nicht mehr aktiv und die Dienste nur noch gedrosselt nutzbar.
Bleibt abzuwarten wie das jetzt wirklich ausgelegt wird.
Ich gebe hier nur mein Verständnis wieder und keine juristische Aussage.

Ich habe keine Texpassage im Urteil gefunden, die besagt, dass derzeit auch Telekom und Co davon betroffen ist.
Oder hast du welche gefunden.

Das Urteil des EuGH betrifft das Angebot StreamOn der Telekom nicht. Wir halten uns an geltendes EU-Recht. Im Fall einer Reduzierung der Bandbreite nach Verbrauch des inkludierten Datenvolumens werden alle Dienste gleich behandelt. Das gilt auch für die in StreamOn enthaltenen Partnerdienste.
