Hallo,

haben einen Auftrag mit Wechsel ausgelöst. Jetzt kommt die Auftragsbestätigung mit einer zusätzlichen Position, Persönliche Installation. Dies wurde aber nicht beauftragt. Telekom wurde angeschrieben, aber bisher Funkstille keine Antwort, keinen Rückruf.

Der Service fängt gut an.

Der Anschluss soll am 9.11. geschaltet werden. Bitte jetzt hier um Klärung bzw. Rückruf.
