Umzug Nachmieter

Ich ziehe um und mein Nachmieter möchte meine Smarthome Zentrale übernehmen. Können wir einfach in der Zentrale die Emailadresse ändern. Ich möchte dann eine neue Zentrale mit neuer Hardware an der neuen Adresse installieren.
