Thermostate lassen sich in Echo Show nicht anzeigen

Ich habe die Base 2 im Einsatz. Es sind mehrere Thermostate und Fensterkontakte im Einsatz. In Alexa (App) kann ich alles steuern.

Ich habe den Magenta Smarthome Skill in Alexa aktiviert. Die Sprachsteuerung funktioniert mit Echo Dot und Echo Show.

Auf dem Echo Show lassen sich die Thermostate nicht anzeigen. Es kommt bei jedem Thermostat die Meldung: Gerätesteuerung wird nicht unterstützt.

      Der Magenta zuHause Skill muss aktiv sein. Mit Magenta Smarthome geht es nicht
