Hallo..

Ich habe hier ein defektes Magenta SmartHome Heizkörper Thermostat . Es blink nur Rot und das Display bleibt leer . Batterien sind neu und zurücksetzen ist auch nicht möglich. Kann ich das Thermostat irgendwo hinschicken zur Überprüfung ,Reparatur oder ggf. zum Austausch ?
