Smarthome Heizkörperthermostat

Guten Tag, 

beim Versuch den Heizkörperthermostat ( Magenta ) einzurichten, erscheint beim einlegen der Batterien sofort AdA . Ein Reset ( 10 sek ) bringt keine Lösung.

Ich kann den Thermostat nicht einrichten.

 

Gibt es noch einen weiteren Tip für mich.

HomeBase2 wurde schon neu gestartet, App neu installiert

    AdA liest sich für mich wie Adaptierung und keine Fehlermeldung.

    Kenne das Telekomteil selber nicht, aber wenn er angeschraubt ist und keine Geräusche von sich gibt, nicht resetten sondern die Adaptierungsfahrt mal mit ner Taste starten. 

    Sollte doch eigentlich im beiliegenden Flyer irgendwo stehen wie das geht. 🤔

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
