Smarthome App keine verbindung

Habe mein Haus gegen einbruch geschützt. (Scheinbar zu hause). Jetzt kann ich nicht Magenta Smarthome erreichen. Bin im Urlaub und möchte schauen ob alles Ok ist. Leider Verbindung mit Smarthomeapp ist nicht möglich.!!!
