Smart Speaker - Alexa blinkt dreimal rot

Guten Abend zusammen,

 

seit einigen Tagen lässt sich Alexa über den smart Speaker nicht mehr nutzen. Beim Aktivierungswort “Alexa“ leuchtet der smart Speaker dreimal rot auf. Mehr passiert nicht.

Auch ein Neustart brachte nichts.

 

Was kann ich tun?

    Hallo @Goalgetter1998 

     

    lösch die Verbindung in der Hallo Magenta App und unter Geräte auf der Amazon Seite. 
    dann neu einrichten.

    Ich wollte eine saubere Installation...und wenn ich ehrlich bin, habe ich den Hinweis zu schnell weg gedrückt.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
