Smart Home Backend nicht verbunden

Hallo an alle,

mein Smart 2 sagt, dass Smart Home aktiv ist allerdings nicht mit dem Backend verbunden ist. Deaktivieren und neu eingeben der Daten habe ich bereits gemacht. Dafür musste ich anschließend auch alles wieder neu verbinden. Hat aber alles nichts gebracht.

Ist da aktuell was bekannt?
