Philips Hue E27 (LWA001) nicht kompatibel

Hallo zusammen,

 

nun ist dasselbe auch bei neuen E27-Birnen aufgetreten.

Ich habe kürzlich E27-Birnen (Hue White Lamp - LWA001) von Philips Hue bestellt. Sie werden auch direkt von der Philips Hue App erkannt und können angelernt und gesteuert werden. Nur leider musste ich feststellen, dass sie von der Magenta-App nicht erkannt werden.

 

Ich würde mich freuen, wenn sie kurzfristig bei Magenta angelernt werden könnten.

      Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
