Magenta SmartHome Tür-/Fensterkontakt optisch

Habe einen Tür-/Fensterkontakt gekauft und habe Probleme ihn mit dem SmartHome zu verbinden.

Als Router habe ich einen Speedport Smart 4 und die Magenta SmartHome App auf dem Handy.

Alle anderen Geräte funktionieren tadellos.

Fensterkontakt wird nicht gefunden. Nach Neustart blinkt der Kontakt orange und bei Gerätesuche passiert nichts!

Was mach ich falsch? Oder ist das Gerät defekt?
