Ich würde gerne auf Smarthome Pro upgraden. Es funktioniert aber nicht.

Hallo,

ich habe einen Smart3 Router und bin Festnetzkunde bei der Telekom.

Da ich Homematic IP-Produkte nutze, muss ich auf Smarthome Pro updaten.

Das Upgrade funktioniert aber nicht. Ich kann in der App "Upgrade" wählen und den Bestellvorgang beginnen.

Bei "Jetzt Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" kommt dann aber immer und seit Tagen die Meldung: "Zur Zeit kann dein Auftrag leider nicht bearbeitet werden. Bitte versuche es in 30 Minuten erneut."

Ich bitte um Hilfe!

    Kaum gibt man hier einen Beitrag ein, scheint das Problem gelöst. Ich habe gerade eine Mail mit einer Auftragsbestätigung erhalten... "Auftrag von gestern."
    Und das obwohl "Zahlungspflichtig bestellen" nie geplant hat.

    Nun gut.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
