Home Base 2.0 blinkt im Betrieb rot

huhu zusammen,
Meine Home Base 2 blinkt seit 2 Tagen rot... Laut LED Info (2x rot blinken) hat sie keine Verbindung zum Internet die App sagt aber:
ich komme auch in die App sowohl über Mobilfunk als auch über WLAN deswegen verstehe ich das blinken nicht
Schalten von Aktoren ist problemlos möglich sowohl über Alexa als auch über die App
hat wer eine Ahnung warum die Base dennoch blinkt?
