Firmware Update Heizungs Thermostate schlägt fehl

Hallo alle zusammen, ich wollte heute meinen nun 4. Telekom Heizungs Thermostate einbauen. Die Verbindung hat auch Problemlos geklappt. Nur das Firmware Update bricht nach ca 10 min ab (siehe Anhang). Der Thermostat ist etwa 2 M von meinem Speedport Smart 3 entfernt.

Die DECT Einstellungen im Router habe ich bereits zurückgesetzt. Hat jemand eine Idee was ich noch versuchen kann? @Telekom hilft Team
