  1. Ich möchte meinen Prepaid M Tarif in Prepaid XL Special ändern, bkomme den Tarif aber in der App und im Kundencenter nicht als Wechseloption angeboten.

      Dein Prepaidtarif ist wie gewünscht umgestellt, gegebenenfalls musst du noch einmal Guthaben aufladen, damit die Option abgebucht werden kann.
