Wechsel Vertrag zu Prepaid Aktion hat nicht funktioniert

Hallo,

ich habe mein Mobilfunkvertrag in den Prepaid Tarif L umstellen lassen und mir wurde versichert, dass dabei auf die aktuelle Aktion mit den zusätzlichen 7 GB Datenvolumen umgestellt wird.

Leider hat das nicht funktioniert und mir stehen nur die 8 anstatt insgesamt 15 GB Datenvolumen zur Verfügung.

Kann man das bitte nachträglich noch aktivieren.
