Vorvertragliche Info bekommen, aber keine Auftragsbestätigung

Hallo,

ich habe am 22.08. eine vorvertragliche Pflichtinformation für die Verlängerung meines Mobilfunkvertrags bekommen. Seitdem habe ich von der Telekom nichts mehr gehört, weder ist das neue Handy da, noch steht der neue Vertrag im System oder der Auftrag ist irgendwo ersichtlich.

Was soll ich jetzt tun? Vielen Dank
