VoLTE/WLAN-Call Galaxy S8 - schaltet nicht um

Hallo,

ich habe einen neuen Magenta M Tarif mit aktivierten WLAN-Call und VoLTE inklusive einem Samsung Galaxy S8 (Telekom- Branding ).

Jetzt hab ich folgende Probleme: WLAN-Call schaltet sich nur ein, wenn kein Empfang ist (z.B. Flugmodus aktiviert + WLAN aktiv) und VoLTE schaltet sich überhaupt nicht zu. Das führt VoLTE ja ad absudum.

Ich habe zum Vergleich noch ein iPhone 6 - Hier funktioniert WLAN-Call bei schlechten Empfang (z.B. EDGE) ohne Probleme...

Gibt es hier eine Problemlösung?
