Hallo,

in KW33 2019 wurde eine Vertragsübernahme beauftragt, meine Mutter hat meinen Prepaidvertrag übernommen.

Der Vertrag taucht immer noch in meinem Kundencenter auf.

Kann bitte jemand nachsehen, wo es hängt? (Wo kann ich hinterlegen, um welche Vertragsnummer es sich handelt?)
