Hallo zusammen,

Ich möchte meinen Vertrag (ist gekündigt, läuft zum 21.10.2020 aus) verlängern.

Gewünschte Option ist Magenta Mobil S Young + iPhone 12 Pro.

Wenn ich im Kundencenter auf „Verlängern“ klicke, wird mir zum gewünschten Tarif allerdings nur das normale iPhone 12 angeboten.

Wenn ich als Neukunde bestelle kann ich meine o.g. gewünschte Konstellation problemlos in den Warenkorb legen.

Was ist da bitte los? Ist das 12 Pro nur für Neukunden verfügbar?
