Umstellung von MagentaEins Prepaid Vorteil L auf MagentaEins Prepaid M

Ich habe heute (24.10.2022) mein MagentaEins Prepaid Vorteil Paket von  L  auf   M  umgestellt,

weil ich mit dem kleineren Paket auskomme. Mir wurde auch  M  per Mail bestätigt.

Die Abbuchung durch Paypal ist aber noch  L = 15,00€. Mir wird zwar ein Guthaben

über die 5 € Diff angezeigt.  Wird die Abbuchung noch auf  L = 10,00 € umgestellt?

    Das sollte bei der nächsten Abbuchung richtig laufen.

    Wichtig ist ja, dass sie nicht zu viel gezahlt haben, und im richtigen Tarif sind.

    Leider hat die Umstellung nicht geklappt. Habe die automatische Abbuchung gelöscht. Wollte neue aufmachen für Magenta Mobil Prepaid M mit  10 €, wird aber nicht angeboten. Bin gezwungen, 15 € zu buchen. Was passiert mit den 5 € zuviel abgebuchtem Betrag?

    Dann kannst du nach zweimal aufladen einmal aussetzen oder änderst den Trigger der die Aufladung auslöst.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
