Umstellung Tarif MagentaZuhause L mit Magenta TV Plus auf Smart TV auf

Guten Abend,

da ich mir einen Magenta TV Stick gekauft habe und ich nicht nur zu Hause Life TV gucken will, sondern auch mobil oder an einem anderen Ort mit dem Magenta TV Stick, möchte ich den Tarif von Magenta TV Plus auf TV Smart wechseln.

Sind dann meine e- Mail Anmeldedaten weg oder wird durch diesen Tarifwechsel der e- Mail Bereich nicht angetastet und kann man den Wechsel selbst online durchführen?

    Hallo und willkommen @Matlab,

    @Thunder99 hat es ja schon ganz richtig beantwortet (danke dafür!). Wenn bei dem Tarifwechsel Unterstützung benötigt wird, einfach kurz Bescheid sagen, dann rufe ich durch.

    Wie besprochen, habe ich jetzt den Tarifwechsel auf Magenta Zuhause L TV Smart zu morgen gebucht.
    Wie schon gesagt, melde Dich gerne, falls noch Fragen auftauchen sollten.

    verlängert sich der Vertrag bei der Umstellung von TV Plus auf T

    V Plus? Ändert sich etwas am Preis?

    Ja, es beginnt eine neue Vertragslaufzeit, da es sich um einen Tarifwechsel handelt.

    Im oben genannten Anliegen ist der Tarif monatlich 5,00 Euro günstiger geworden.
