Guten Morgen Community

Habe meinen Handyvertrag am 20.05.2020 per E-Mail gekündigt. Habe auch eine Kündigungsbestätigung zum 20.06.2021 erhalten. Trotzdem läuft aber mein Vertrag noch wieter. Wie kann das sein?
