Terminate mobile contract

I have been trying to terminate my mobile contract online within 30 days notice but online only allows for 3 months. I am due to leave Germany 31 Dec. I originally made the termination request on 2 November. I have had my contract since June 2019.

This is no longer Up to Date. Since the 1. of December this is one month. So you could terminate your contract for the 3. of January.

Yes I understand that but when I attempt to terminate my contract under the new policy at the local Telekom store I am being told I have to do 3 months.

As discussed, I have now canceled the contract on January 6, 2022.
Please note that in February you will still receive a bill for the 6 days in January.
With this in mind, I wish you a nice evening.
