Hallo in die Runde

ich habe eine Frage habe aktuell den Tarif Smart Connect M mit Top-Gerät. Da wollte ich diesen in einen einen Datemtarif wechseln. Nun wird mir da angezeigt das ein Tarifwechsel oder auch Verlängerung nicht möglich ist. Der Vertrag läuft noch bis 02-2026.

Hat jemand ne Idee wie ich diesen Tarif ändern kann
