Hallo,

ich würde gerne eine VVL mit Tarifwechsel von Complete Comfort M (39,96€ mtl.) nach MagentaMobil XS mit Smartphone (29,95€ mtl.) durchführen. Leider zeigt mir das Kundencenter an, dass dies nicht möglich sei.
Geht das grundsätzlich nicht? Was ist das Problem?
