Tarif wechseln für Kidswatch

Guten abend

icj habe mal eine Frage ich habe ja für meine Tochter die xplorax5 mit den s Vertrag auf e sim abgeschlossen.

kann man da eigentlich auch Tarif Wechsel machen zb auf mehr gb und unbegrenzt telefonieren?

habe leider nichts finden können und online steht dann online steht das dafür nicjt zur Verfügung.

minentan ist der Vertrag ja frisch aber es kann ja sein das das was man abgeschlossen hat irgebewnn nicht mehr reicht.

      herzlich willkommen in der Telekom hilft Community!

       

      Sie können auch auf einen anderen Tarif wechseln. Ich vermute, Sie haben im Moment Smart Connect S. Dann wäre ggfs. als nächste Stufe Smart Connect M eine Möglichkeit. Ich würde empfehlen nach einem geeigneten anderen Tarif zu suchen, wenn klar wird, was gebraucht wird. Bei uns war Smart Connect S immer ausreichend.

      Also auch nur wieder Minuten Beim anrufen muss man schauen .

      naja zu Hause klar wlan aber da braucht sie die Uhr ja nicjt da sind wir ja alle daheim sie braucht sie nur unterwegs ich weiß auch bis jetzt nicjt für was Daten verbraucht werden nur zum orten oder allgemein auch

      Eine Frage habe ich nocj was ist denn der Unterschied zu den Kids und Teens Karten im Gegensatz zu den Erwachsenen? Das Daten Volumen und so ist ja dsnn gleich sind da bestimmte Einstellungen drin etc??

      und geht bis zum 18. Lebensjahr? Was wenn es ein 24 Monats Vertrag ist und das Kind aber eher als nach 24 Monaten 18 wird?
