StreamOn Option

Hallo zusammen!

habe noch einen bestehenden Telekom Vertrag mit dem Magenta Eins Vorteil , bei dem man noch 10€ Rabatt bekommt. Habe gesehen, dass es eine neue StreamOn Option gibt für Musik und Video. Ändert sich da mein Magenta Eins Vorteil und bleibt soweit alles gleich? Ich habe bereits auch den StreamOn Social&Chat und Gaming und bereits StreamOn Musik aus dem MagentaEins Vorteil.
Verstehe ich das also richtig, dass ich durch die neue Option nur zusätzlich StreamOn Video bekomme und dadurch keine weiteren Kosten entstehen?

      @khanhvu1 in deinem Tarif geht leider nur StreamON Music.

       

      Dein aktuelles Bestandsprodukt wird auch so nicht mehr vermarktet, weshalb ein Tarifwechsel oder Ähnliches nichts bringen würde, um auch StreamON Video zusätzlich nutzen zu können.

      Hallo @khanhvu1 

      Sollten Sie sich für einen Generationswechsel entscheiden, geht der Magenta1Vorteil auf 5€ runter.

       

      Falls sie dann StreamOn Musik buchen sollten:

      Wenn Sie StreamOn Musik gebucht haben, ist es auch wichtig, das Smartphone nach der Buchung neu zu starten.

      Auch wichtig ist, das die Apps aktuell sind.

      StreamOn ist nicht geeignet für Youtube-Musik, da Youtube-Musik kein Partner von StreamOn ist.

       

      Im Übrigen kann man auch einige Partnerdienste im Browser nutzen, ohne das das Datenvolumen (Außer Werbung, Bilder) angerechnet wird.

      Ein Werbespot kann da schon locker bis zu 100 MB (z.B. Video in HD) an Datenvolumen verbrauchen.

      Tethering wird nicht garantiert, daher dies bitte selber testen. 

      VPN darf nicht aktiv sein.

      StreamOn gilt auch für die MultiSim.

      Bitte nicht die Verbrauchsanzeige im Handy nutzen, diese kennt StreamOn nicht.

      Entweder schaut man auf pass.telekom.de, in der MeineMagenta-App oder in der Connect-App nach, nur was da steht, ist auch das was tatsächlich verbraucht wurden.

      Ja StreamON gilt auch in der EU.

      Aber dabei ist zu beachten, das es eine Einschränkung gibt. Ab einem gewissen Datenvolumen über StreamOn, ist Schluss (FairUseRegelung) und es wird dein Datenvolumen wieder berechnet.

      vielen Dank für deinen Beitrag hier in der Community!

       

      Aktuell ist mir nicht bekannt, dass es neue StreamON Optionen gibt. Durch den alten MagentaEINS Vorteil bekommt man ab dem MagentaMobil M bereits StreamON Music&Video Max. Es wäre also an der Stelle einmal gut zu wissen, welchen Tarif du genau hast?
