Stream On mit iPad Mini LTE

Hallo, ich nutze seit kurzem Magenta mobil M mit Magenta Vorteil Stream On Musik & Video.

Auf dem Samsung Galaxy S7 funktioniert soweit alles wie es soll. Hab mir nun eine zweite SIM Karte bestellt und diese in mein iPad Mini 2 Cellular gesteckt und wollte damit nun ebenfalls Videos schauen.

Bei YouTube wird nichts vom Datenvolumen verbraucht, aber über die Amazon Video App und Sky Ticket App wird das Datenvolumen aufgebraucht und wird nicht von Stream On abgedeckt.

 

Warum ist das so?

Würde es mit einem Android Tablet besser gehen?

      Was bedeutet zweite SIM Karte?

      Eine separate SIM mit eigenem Vertrag oder eine Multisim zum ersten Hauptvertrag?

       

      Mit der Multisim sollte es funktionieren (auch am iPad) - wichtig ist aber das die Apps auf dem neuesten Updatestand sind (wie iOS auch).

      Und wie prüfst du den Verbrauch?

      Vielen Dank für ihre Antwort.

      Ich nutze die Multi SIM zum Hauptvertrag. 

      Zum Überprüfen des Datenvolumens gehe ich auf pass.telekom.de oder die "MeinMagenta" App

      Hab das iPad auch schon neu gestartet.

      Das iPad und die Apps sind auf dem neuesten Stand

      Problem hat sich erledigt. Die Stream On Music & Video Option war nicht gebucht.
