Ständige Anrufe von +49 800 3301091. Es wird gefragt ob man die Datenschutzrichtlinen aktuallisieren darf. Internet listet die Nr. als betrügerisch

Hallo liebe Telekom-Community,

 

seit geraumer Zeit werde ich des Öfteren von der Nummer +49 800 3301091 angerufen. Heute habe ich es auch geschaft rechzeitig ran zu gehen. In dem Telefonat wird man gefragt ob man die Datenschutzrichtlinien aktuallisieren darf oder man damit einverstanden ist, die Dame hat sich auch als Telekommitarbeiter ausgegeben.

Ich hatte genatwortet ich habe dafür im Moment keine Zeit. Erst am spätern Nachmittag könnte ich telefonieren.

Wenn man im Internet nach dieser Nummer sucht bekommt man auf mehreren Portalen die Warnung dass es sich hierbei um eine aufgesetzte Nummer handelt (was auch immer das ist) und das hier versuchen Betrüger ein "Ja" zu entlocken. 

Wenn ein Mitarbeiter der Telekom so nett wäre und mir darüber Auskumpft geben könnte.

Ich frage mich halt, warum bekommt man keine E-Mail bezüglich der Datenschutzrichtlinen bzw. warum wird dese Nummer im Internet als betrügerisch deklariert, siehe Beispiel https://www.wemgehoert.de/nummer/498003301091

Es könnte sich hierbei um meinen Mobilfunkvertrag handel, aber meine Nummer ist auch in unserem Internet/Telefonanschluss für zu Hause hinterlegt, welcher über meine Frau abgeschlossen ist.

 

Über Antworten würde ich mich freuen, damit ich auch vorbereitet bin sobald die Dame wieder anrufen wird.

    Hallo und guten Abend @BigBalu.

    Generell ist dies eine Rufnummer von uns.
    Allerdings wäre ein Anruf hinsichtlich der Datenschutzrichtlinien schon etwas ungewöhnlich.
    Zumindest ist mir solch ein Prozess aktuell nicht bekannt.
    Demnach würde ich den Empfehlungen der User folgen und diese Nummer ignorieren.

    Wenn Sie etwas auf dem Herzen haben oder aber Fragen zum Thema Datenschutz aufkommen, dann dürfen Sie sich sehr gerne jederzeit vertrauensvoll an mich wenden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
