Ich habe meine Pin nach Neustart 3x falsch eingegeben und den PUK nicht zur Hand. Laut Kundenservice Mitarbeiter sollte eine Mail an mich gesendet werden (innerhalb 1/2 Stunde), ich warte jetzt schon fast 6 Stunden.
