Prepaid SIM ist deaktiviert

Hallo,

mein Handy mit Guthaben wurde einige Zeit nicht genutzt und ist jetzt wohl inaktiv. Wie kann es wieder aktiviert werden? Und wieso wurde es deaktiviert, obwohl es ja immer im Aufladezeitraum aufgeladen wurde?
