Prepaid Karten zu Zusatzkarten ändern

Hallo

 

Ich habe einen MagentaMobil L m Top-H for Friends Tarif. Meine Eltern besitzen beide eine Prepaidkarte die beide auf meinen Namen laufen. Ich würde gerne die Beiden Prepaid karten zu Zusatzkarten meines Vertrages umwandeln. Da die Beiden unbedingt ihre Nummern behalten möchten. 

Ich war bereits im Shop. diese haben mich aber Liebevoll wieder nach hause geschickt da for Friends Tarif.

      @Spoti1984 siehst du die beiden Prepaid Karten auch in deinem Kundecenter oder deiner Mein Magenta APP? Ich frage deshalb weil ich wissen, will ob sie schon unter einer Kundennummer zusammen mit deinem Vertrag laufen?

      @Spoti1984 hmm komisch das wird sich wahrschleich ne andern kundenkontnummer eineschlichen haben da muss mal ein teami drüberschauen. ich geb ihnen mal nen wink. Dein Profil ist ja befüllt.
