Hallo in die Runde,

Ich bin kürzlich mit meinem Festnetzvertrag via Verivox zur Telekom gewechselt.

Auf der (Erst-)Rechnung fehlt der Ausweis / die Verrechnung des sogenannten Online-Vorteils. ( 100 Euro )

Meine Anfrage via Kontaktformular wurde bislang nicht beantwortet.
