Hallo,

ich habe einen neuen Vetrag abgeschlossen und gestern meine Sim Karte und das Handy zugeschickt bekommen.

Im Internetprofil steht meine Sim Karte ist aktiv, allerdings findet mein Handy nie ein Netz. Anderes Handy ausprobiert, gleiches Problem.

Ich freue mich auf schnelle Antworten 🙈
