Nach Verlängerung keine Auftragsnummer erhalten

Hallo zusammen,

Ich habe am 22.10. telefonisch meinen Vertrag verlängert, in Verbindung mit einem Neugerät (iPhone 13 mini 256gb). Die Auftragsbestätigung habe ich noch am selben Tag erhalten aber leider ohne Auftragsnummer. In der MagentaApp steht bei mir unter Auftragsstatus, dass keine Aufträge vorhanden sind. Bekomme ich jetzt mein bestelltes Handy oder nicht? Wenn ich es bekomme wie lange muss ich aktuell warten?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
