Ich bin jetzt in den Magenta XL gewechselt mit einer bestehenden Multisim, die ich für meine Apple Watch nutze.

Im Kundencenter konnte ich nichts finden, um die bestehende Multisim als Smartwatch Multisim zu nutzen. Derzeit werden noch die 30€ für die Multisim angezeigt.

Geht das nur über die Hotline/Kundenservice?
