MultiSim für Apple Watch bestellt - doppelte Buchung nach Fehler sowie erhöhter Preis

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe für meine neue Apple Watch direkt über das iPhone eine MultimSim bestellt. Der erste Versuch ist in einer Fehlermeldung geendet. 

 

Beim zweiten Versuch lief alles sauber durch - die MultiSim ist jetzt auf der Apple Watch aktiv. 

 

Allerdings wurden meinem Vertrag jetzt doch 2 MultiSim Karten hinzugefügt, für jeweils 15 €. Obwohl die MultiSim für eine Apple Watch nur 5 € kosten dürfte. 

 

Könnt ihr mir helfen das Thema glatt zu ziehen - also die Fehlerhaft gebuchte MultiSim zu entfernen und die korrekt gebucht mit dem richtigen Preis zu versehen?

    Das können sie unter der 08003302202 ganz schnell regeln.

    Oder sie warten hier auf einen Teamie , die schauen regelmäßig in die Threads.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
