Mitarbeiter Vertrag läuft Januar 2019 ab

Hallo,

Meine Mutter hat einen Mitarbeitervertag MangentaM. Der Vertrag läuft im Januar ab. Wir würden nur den Vertrag verlängern, wenn wir den neuen IPhone Xs bekommen würden. Sonst müssen wir den Vertrag bereits Anfang Oktober kündigen müssen. 

Wir geht man in diesem Fall vor.

      Ihre Mutter muss entscheiden, ob sie ihren Vertrag weiterführen will oder nicht. Ich würde in diesen Fall warten, bis eine Verlängerung mit dem gewünschten Gerät möglich ist.

      Das Datum der frühestens Verrlängerung steht im Kundencenter.

      einen Vertrag kann man vorzeitig verlängern, man kann mit der Verlängerung aber auch warten bis z. B. ein bestimmtes Gerät verfügbar ist.

      Nun, wenn wir die Kündigung nicht fristgemäß im Oktober einreichen und hoffen, dass spätstens im Januar für Mitarbeiter das IPhone freigegegen wird. Meine Frage: Kann ich trotzdem vor der automatischen Vertragsverlängerung im Januar den Vertrag selbst verlängern, um im Zweifelsfalls ein vergleichbares Handy zu bekommen?

      Sie können auch nach der  automatischen Verlängerung um 12 Monate jederzeit eine Vertragsverlängerung um dann neu beginnende 24 Monate beauftragen.
