Hallo, Ich möchte einen Wechsel vom MagentaMobil S DTAG mit 2 GB (ohne Handy der 3. Generation) in den aktuellen Magenta Mobil S mit 2,5 GB vollziehen. Ändert sich dardurch die Laufzeit des Vertrages und wie kann ich das anstossen? Im Kundencenter kommt die Meldung: Ihr Tarif MagentaMobil S DTAG 3.Gen kann aktuell leider nicht geändert werden.

Wird der MagentaEins Vorteil (doppeltes Datenvolumen) mit berücksichtigt?
