MagentaMobil Prepaid L wird immer früher abgebucht

Guten Morgen,

 

seit Mai wird mein Guthaben für meine Prepaid Karte immer früher abgebucht. Es fing damit an, dass ich am 25.3 eine SMS bekommen hatte, ich solle in den nächsten 3 Tagen meine Karte aufladen. Da tat ich dann erst am 30.3 und bekam daraufhin eine SMS, dass ich die Karte bis zum 25.4 anteilig nutzen könnte. Im April wurde dann auch innerhalb dieser Frist abgebucht, trotzdem kam dann am 20.5 schon eine SMS, dass ich wieder innerhalb der nächsten 3 Tage meine Karte aufladen soll. Das tat ich dann erst am 1.6, woraufhin wieder der Hinweis kam, ich kann nur bis zum 20.6 meine Karte anteilig nutzen und muss bis dahin mein Guthaben wieder aufgeladen haben. Am 1.6 hatte ich mit 5 € aufgelanden, da noch ca. 12€ Guthaben auf meiner Karte waren. Jetzt habe ich noch immer ca. 5€ Guthaben auf der Karte. Es wurde wohl auch nur anteilig abgebucht? Was kann ich denn tun, damit wieder wie früher, die Karte erst zum 28. oder 30. aufgeladen werden muss?

    Da man es falsch verstehen kann, wenn der Tarif läuft (mit ausreichend Guthaben) und du vor Ende ausreichend auflädst, hat der neue Zeitraum volle 28 Tage.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
