Magenta Regio über Corporate Benefit

Schönen guten Tag. 

mein Festnetzvertrag läuft noch bis 10.03.2021. ab 01.03. diesen Jahres ist bei mir Magenta Regio L verfügbar. Auf der Telekom-Seite kann ich diesen Vertrag ab dem 22.03 abschließen. 
Nun habe ich dies zunächst gemacht. Jetzt habe ich gesehen, dass mein Arbeitgeber Corporate Benefit anbietet. 

Daher würde ich den Abschluss widerrufen und darüber neu abschließen. Leider wird mir da nur der bisherige Tarif dsl 6000 angezeigt. 

was soll ich nun machen?

    @martin_theis  ich denke nicht dass über Cooperate Benefit auch Regio Anshclüsse vermarktet werden, aber das kann dir sicher eigentliche nur dein Ansprechpartner in der Firma beantworten!

    Für mich hört sich DSL 6000 nach dem MagentaZuhause S ohne Regio an!

    Ja, dass ist so korrekt. Die Frage ist nur, kann ich den nicht buchen, weil es den erst ab März gibt? Oder weil er nicht unterstützt wird...

    Die Frage musst du dem Portal stellen, ob diese Regio Anschlüsse vermitteln in deinem Fall.

    Bestellt werden kann natürlich erst, wenn es auch wirklich verfügbar ist.

    Wenn die über CB keine Regio Tarife angeboten werden, dann ist das so.
    Du musst dich dann entscheiden - entweder Rabatt oder Bandbreite.

    Hallo @martin_theis,

     

    Kann es sein, dass MagentaZuhause Regio L nur vorbestellt hast? Wenn der Tarif nämlich erst ab dem 01.03. verfügbar ist, dann sollte eine Buchung erst ab dann möglich sein. Durch eine Vorbestellung wurde noch kein Vertrag abgeschlossen, das passiert erst mit Eingang der Auftragsbestätigung. Das heißt du kannst deine Vorbestellung ganz einfach zurückziehen. 

     

    Ich kann dir nicht sagen, ob du einen Regio Tarif über Corporate Benefit buchen kannst. Wenn ja, ist das vermutlich erst mit der Verfügbarkeit am 01.03. buchbar.
