Hallo,

ich habe zum 01.08.23 den Magenta Mobil Prepaid 5G -Jahrestarif gebucht. Es war für einen Monat der Magenta Eins Vorteil ( Flat vom Festnetz in Mobilfunknetz) mit dabei.

Dieser ist dann zum 01.09. weggefallen. Lt. Auskunft der Hotline gibt es diesen Magenta Eins Vorteil bei Prepaid nicht.

Komisch ist nur, in der Vertragsübersicht in der App ist das genau so beschrieben.

Es wäre nett, würde hier jemand für "Klarheit sorgen"
