habe gestern online einen Jahres-Prepaidvertrag abgeschlossen mit Rufnummermitnahme. Inkl. Selfie Identifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Alter Vertrag ist gekündigt. Habe keine Bestätigungsmail erhalten.
Was ist da schief gelaufen?
