Keine Bestätigungsmail nach Buchung travel mobil world

Hallo,

Ich bin in Chile und habe gerade die Option Travel Mobil World für 4 Wochen gebucht.

Es kommt aber keine Bestätigungsmail.

Aktiv ist da auch noch nichts, obwohl der Bestellvorgang abgeschlossen ist.

Was stimmt da nicht.
