Guten Tag,

 

ich und mein Partner haben seit vorgestern kein Netz oder nur einen „Balken“ zu Hause zur Verfügung.

woran kann es liegen, bis dahin hatten wir vollen Empfang.

Bitte dringend um eine schnelle Antwort/ Lösung.

      hast du die Hotline - mit einem funktionierenden Anschluss - mal angerufen und eine Störung gemeldet - vielleicht bekommst du dann schon eine Auskunft ob der Ausfall bekannt ist?

      Das Team hier kann dies auch machen, dies dauert aber hier etwas länger.

      Behelfsmäßig: man kann mit neueren Smartphones auch WLAN Call nutzen (so daheim ein WLAN vorhanden ist) und damit mobil übers WLAN telefonieren und SMSen.
