kann meine beiden Handys nicht bei Protect Mobile anmelden!!!

Hallo zusammen, seit letzter Woche habe ich einen Handy Neuvertrag mit Partnerkarte, kann jedoch bei beiden Handys mich nicht bei Protect Mobile anmelden bzw. nicht aktivieren...jedesmal kommt die Meldung "Noch einmal versuchen" das nervt!!!!!!!!!

Obwohl W-Lan ausgeschalten ist usw.....wer kann helfen!!!
